Went here as a new patient solely bc I needed a referral for my shoulder/back and a prescription refill from a recent hospital visit. They scheduled me with the nurse practitioner, they took my height and weight, and blood pressure. And that’s all they did. NP said they wouldn’t refill my script and that was it. No examination, no solution, no ok here’s what we do next, no referral, literally a 5 min talk then sent me home. I didn’t even see a stethoscope once. Unprofessional and incompetent.
