My recent visit on 3/18/2026 was representative of why we are always so happy with this being our primary health provider. Tech Casey and Steven Requena APRN were amazing and caring in testing me and confirming my script needs. My immediate improvement and confidence of what was eliminated from concern shows me this entire office cares about my health needs. Even call in requests always get follow up communication. I am looking forward to facility expansion this year.
My APRN Steven Requena, is absolutely fantastic, he listens and is very thorough, and patient. I highly recommend UF Primary at Palencia, the staff is friendly, professional and organized. Being in the healthcare industry for 25 years, I know I am being respected and heard.
I see Dr Tran, shes so sweet and always seeks out to make sure my health is where it should be and gives great recommendations on how to improve. I also want to give a shoutout to Brandon (I hope I got it right) at the front desk. He goes out of his way to answer my questions and has a great attitude no matter what!
Dr. Tawes is amazing! A wonderful doctor and wonderful human being! We feel so blessed to have him as our family doctor!
If you are looking for a Dr. that cares about their patients, takes the time to explain any concerns in details and gives health tips like a world class health expert, look no further than Dr Tran and her staff. I almost feel bad giving a 5 star review when they deserve so much more.
