I've been coming to the office since February. I was very leary of a male Dr but am very happy we decided to give him a chance. Dr Daniel Landis is honestly the best Dr i have EVER had. He is very professional but also has a sense of humor when needed. My husband and I absolutely fell inlove with him as our Dr. I had to sadly tell him bye today as we are moving to Missouri. I honestly wanted to cry because I felt we have a great "Doctor patient relationship". I am sincerely gonna miss this office and everyone is have met since I've been going. Even the girls at the front desk have been amazing! They remember you and it makes to feel like you are actually noticed and have not been forgotten. The Nurse's are amazing as well. I enjoyed meeting everyone and if I ever come back to Florida this is definitely my office. You guys rock and I'm sadly going to miss you all! Best wishes! We love you, guys!! Marsha and Carl Sheeley
RUN DONT WALK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Yes your doctor might be nice and helpful but if ANYTHING goes wrong with billing or insurance or coding, you are dealing with a multimillion dollar company that has designed a system with one goal: EXTRACT AS MUCH MONEY FROM PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE. They billed the wrong code so now I’m on the hook for paying for the visit. I’m not allowed to contact the doctor that put in the wrong code and I disputed the charges and was denied because when I called my doctors office, I didn’t reach someone there, I spoke with someone from TEXAS at a call center that gave me incorrect information. Leaving this review as a bit of a vent because healthcare in America is awful and the larger the doctors office, and UF health is huge, the higher the chance you will be left at the mercy of some truly evil forces.
Stay away from this office. Medical assistant always has an attitude and they used the wrong billing code for a wellness visit and refused to change it. Office staff is good and Dr. is nice but have had many issues with having to follow up and the billing issue is the last straw.
My husband and I recently changed our primary care to UFHeath and i cannot say enough good things from the ladies at the front to nurses in the back! My husband and I have been blessed to have Dr Daniel Landis as our doctor and we are very grateful. He is very caring , compassionate and a GREAT listener. Definitely recommend Dr Landis and UFHealth.
So glad I chose this office for my new PCP. The staff & Dr. Mark Michael's are AWESOME! I cannot say enough great things about this practice. It's so nice to find a doctor that truly cares for his patients & takes all the time with them in explaining things & looking out for your well being. Dr. Michael's is so thorough & even takes the time to call you personally regarding your test results. So glad to be a patient of his & receiving excellent care!! The office/clinical staff (Cori, Shane & Michelle) whom I came in contact with are always so professional, pleasant & very efficient. They are just as AWESOME as the doctor! Overall a wonderful practice & I highly recommend this office for your healthcare needs.
