UF Health Pediatrics – Valley Ridge

I love this place specially my doc Mrs Fatima she is so sweet and understanding she listens to everything that I have to say and she's just all around a great person she's a really good heart and she's really good at what she does I will definitely continue going to her... And the staff is so welcoming an kind I all around love this place an the staff..forever greatful to find an amazing doc. I have honestly never had a doctor who I want to keep for the rest of my life cuz she's awesome thank you Mrs Fatima and all the staff..

I have been a patient for maybe a little over a year due to bad insurance and close work proximity, my first experience was awkward and weird due to seeing a fill in for my Dr while she was on maternity leave, the Dr I saw was a male who basically told me not to get married and not to get pregnant because I expressed concerns of wanting to get pregnant and no luck. He then proceeded to tell me about his foreign wife and comment on my looks as well, and then asked me if I wanted to have a pap smear done with him…the my chart app is useless because medical assistants do not rarely respond and the providers either unless you are getting results they’ll put them in their and respond, I had an u/s and felt I needed further testing but then was ignored when asking for the next steps until I called for a separate issue and was left a message that I would need another Apt for a another order, this was months after. The call center answers and pretends not to hear you, half of them don’t even want to help or send the correct messages, I’d suggest just finding another facility all together

I drive for almost an hour to see Dr. Array. If he moves to China, I'll be flying. The best Dr. I've ever had. So full of knowledge about everything.

I have been going to Dr Power since moving to Nocatee four years ago, and, while sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment, I have always felt cared for and attended to. She takes way more time with me than she probably has to give to me, and she is thorough and full of creative and holistic ways to tackle health issues! The staff has always been helpful (great phlebotomy!!) and courteous. I have seen Dr Samir Array and another NP on an emergency basis, and they were also so warm and attentive. Dr Array cared for me like I was his family, and we The “small town family doctor” can feel like a thing of the past with these big name providers with multiple locations, but this staff and these providers do a wonderful job making my care feel personalized and my relationship with them meaningful. They do a a great job taking care of me while working within the parameters of the health care system we are all strapped down to! Thank you thank you!!
