Dr. Fong and his staff are impeccable! Kind, friendly, knowledgeable and amazing to work with. We had a difficult time finding a PCP for a young adult with special needs. I had spoken to >30 physician trying to find someone who had patients with the same disability my son has. He was recommended to us and during the interview he was so patient with us and our plethora of questions we knew right away we found our new doctor. Our experience with him & his staff has been so phenomenal my hubby is now a patient of his!! 10/10!!
Dr. Fong and Vicki at UF Health PVB are attentive, extremely thorough, and quick to respond. I have been a patient for 5 years and value the high quality care and small office atmosphere that they provide.
Dr. Fong is compassionate and caring. He takes his time, and I never feel rushed. He actually listens to all of your concerns and tries to address each one. He is mild-mannered and truly cares about his patients. I'm so happy to have found this amazing doctor. Thank you, Dr. Fong.
Worst physician I've personally been to. Tricare should not have him on their list for military. Discounted my cancer from the Army with zero empathy. Hour late for appointments. Forgets to fill scripts. Sends them to the wrong pharmacy. Unreachable by phone. He will only refer you elsewhere. Not sure what he even does. Lastly, he's the only doctor here, so when he's gone you have no physician.
Amazing staff, great office. We are lucky to have Dr. Fong in our neighborhood and give him and his office 5 stars. Thank you for your care of our family. Highly recommend!
