UF Health Family Medicine and Pediatrics - Blanding

Wish I would of checked twb reviews first and seen the low rating and all the complaints. I wasted my time and my money just to see a Doctor who didn't even perform any test or tell me anything about what he thought maybe wrong with my shoulder. Absolutely nothing and then prescribed me what I already have, more anti inflammatoried which haven't been helpful. I should of just went to the ER and I would of gotten answers I was looking for and not paid a dime. Now I'm out money and time and still having to go to the ER to get answers

I used to frequent this office. I first saw Dr Bolt who was so nasty. She treated me like I wasn't even a human being. I remember my last visit with her I walked out in tears because she snapped on me for no reason. She misunderstood what I was asking and got angry. A nurse had to help her to understand what I was asking and after the fact she never apologized. So I switched over to Dr Cain. I struggled with severe neck and back pain. He told me I was depressed and it was affecting my body but nothing was really wrong. I recall him even saying I had stinking thinking. I went two years thinking the pain was in my head despite the fact I was getting worse. Once I went to a new facility I learned I genuinely had issues with my back and received a diagnosis. If I had been diagnosed correctly the first time it would have never gotten worse. This is a horrible facility. If you care about your health go somewhere else. Update, so after I wrote this review, I all of sudden get emailed a new bill. Meanwhile I haven't been to this facility in a long time. I don't even live in Jacksonville anymore. So just an fyi, they are also vindictive. I'm being charged for telling the truth 🤷. Just a mess

First of all they dropped my baby after surgery saying we didn't come to appointments when we didn't have any secondly they hung up in my face and then I called back and I was on hold for almost 30 minutes and I am not speaking on the doctors that are inside of their are the nurses I am speaking on customer service there whoever that may be for hanging up and leaving your own hold and also this is just a bad place to take your kids especially when they drop you out of the blue for no reason I also recommend Dr Diana she moved to St Augustine road at a new location she is one of the best doctors they had their and to me it sends a red light on why she moved

Wish 0 stars were an option. Very disappointing experience due to misleading billing information. I came in for my annual routine checkup and clearly asked the front desk if my visit and blood work would be covered by insurance. I was told yes, everything would be covered, and that I would not be billed. After receiving my results through the patient portal, I was told to come back briefly just to review the chart. I again asked if this second visit would be covered and was told yes. Months later, I received a $250+ bill because they billed the second visit as a completely separate appointment. The office was unhelpful, never returned my calls, and offered no resolution. I had no choice but to pay. Lack of transparency and poor communication. I would not recommend this practice unless you’re prepared for surprise charges.
