I always have such a great experience here. From the front desk staff to the nurses and physicians, everyone is amazing, professional, caring, and welcoming. They truly make you feel comfortable and well taken care of from the moment you walk in. I always feel at home here, and I really appreciate the kindness and excellent care the entire team provides. Highly recommend! They also have a 24/7 physician on call!!

I'm usually not one to write a bad review but this was unacceptable. The kids pediatrician left the practice. We saw an ARNP guy who treated both of my kids were seen on Monday. They were given an antibiotic. At the end of the day after picking up the Rx we found out the provider prescribed oral capsules. My kids are 8 and 9. They need liquid form. So I called Tuesday am and left a message. And the message person Sarah called and told me that the provider can't send in the liquid form unless we bring in the kids to be seen again. Wth? Even Sarah was surprised as she relay the message and told me just call the office and speak to the provider so I called and he never called me back. This is terrible. I had to take my kids to urgent care and pay again for another visit because we're never going back. Also the pediatrician at the urgent said he prescribed a poor choice antibiotic.
Absolutely horrible service, I was spoken to like I was stupid everytime I called in or did an appt, never was actually listened to by the drs, when I brought up how uncomfortable I was with the way I was being treated nothing was said and I instead got a rude phone call asking me to schedule another appointment. I had multiple mental health episodes and asked for my medication to be upped and the response was to schedule me an appt about 2 weeks out. I’ve never in my life dealt with such rude behavior from a dr office. Also they’ll see you late (appt is at 1:15, they won’t bring you back til like 1:40) but if you show up late they’ll immediately cancel your apt and make you drive all the way home or whatever just to schedule you another appt maybe a week or two in advance. I’m not sure how you’ve got this much craziness going on but I promptly stopped my care with this office and have found one better suited to my needs; IE actually caring about your patients.
I was just at this office and I was told they would not see me because Humana hadn't updated my primary care doctor. I explained that I have a ppo and I can see any doctor in or out of my network. The desk staff person refused to confirm that I had a ppo and would not look at my insurance card. All she kept saying your primary care doctor needs to be changed. I have been coming to this office for 2 years using the same insurance and never had a problem. This staff member does not belong in any form of customer service and needs a lesson in empathy. She wanted me to sign a form saying that my visit is not covered with my insurance and in fact I am covered with my full access PPO. I pray to God my new doctor doesn't find anything serios with my health because This staff members lack of taking one extra step insted of just staring at her computer screen.
My daughter has been seeing Dr. Arango for about a year now. While he was always very sweet toward me and my daughter, I wouldn’t say he was great. One of my biggest concerns was that my baby had trouble going to the bathroom, which I brought up at every appointment. Very little was done to address it, and thankfully the issue resolved on its own over time. The main reason I’m giving this practice a 2-star review is what happened regarding vaccines. At my daughter’s 6-month appointment, I clearly stated that I did not want the MMR vaccine. Dr. Arango did not address my concern or explain his policy—he brushed it off completely. Fast forward to our appointment on the 12th: I again reminded the nurse of my decision. When Dr. Arango came in, his demeanor was noticeably different and far less kind than usual. He then told me he would no longer see my daughter and that I had 30 days to find another provider because he does not accept parents who choose not to vaccinate. I found this extremely unprofessional and frustrating. If this was his policy, it should have been clearly communicated at the 6-month visit. I could have spent the following six months with a doctor who was transparent and respectful of my time. Instead, this was handled abruptly and without prior warning, which was disappointing and upsetting.
