This is my first ever google review, I am so disappointed at the care I received today. I always come to this urgent care when needed but, this last time was not what I expected. I felt the doctor was very dismissive. I came in for what I thought was a common cold and other personal issues, I was sat in a cold room for 5 hours, not until the 3rd hour was I seen. I was never offered a blanket, a sheet, a cup of water, or anything to make me feel comfortable in this sickly time. I asked for Tylenol/ibuprofen 4 times & never received it, you would have thought I was asking for fentanyl. Laying on a hard bed for 5 hours straight. Not until 10 minutes before I was discharged was I told I have Covid, a very painful virus, which I’m sure they know can cause headaches & back pain which I had and expressed to them multiple times. On top of the other painful things I was being seen for. I am in school currently to become a nurse & situations like this just make me think of how many people forget that the patients trust is the most important thing. You should never want your patient uncomfortable and questioning if you have their best interest. Nobody wants to be in an urgent care/er, that is a very vulnerable time for people. Please remember that.
I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the incredible doctors, nurses, and staff at the ER who cared for me during multiple visits this past week. I came in experiencing severe facial swelling, an extensive dental infection, fever, intense pain, and complications that ultimately required staying longer than an hour or two and IV antibiotics. Every time I walked through those doors, I was treated with kindness, compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern for my well-being. The medical team took my symptoms seriously, listened to my concerns, and worked diligently to ensure I received the care and treatment I needed. The nurses were attentive and compassionate, checking on me frequently and making a very difficult situation a little easier to endure. The physicians were thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, helping me feel informed and reassured during a frightening experience. When you’re in severe pain and feeling scared, the way healthcare professionals treat you matters more than words can express. This team made me feel seen, heard, and cared for every step of the way. Thank you to everyone who played a part in my care. Your dedication, empathy, and commitment to your patients do not go unnoticed. Because of your efforts and the treatment I received, I was able to get the infection under control and continue my recovery. I will forever be grateful for the exceptional care I received. You made one of the hardest weeks of my life a little easier, and for that, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️🏥✨ The Morgans
Today was a very bad experience. My child was sick and had a high fever, so we took him to see a doctor. He also developed a rash and had diarrhea, but his condition was not improving. However, we ended up waiting for almost three to four hours. If the test results showed that nothing was wrong, I don’t think we should have been made to wait for such a long time. What was even more frustrating was that no doctor came to evaluate him or explain what might have caused the rash. As parents, we were extremely worried about our child. Waiting for so long without receiving a clear explanation was very disappointing and frustrating. Today will be the last time we come here. Will not visit here agian every one please go anywhere
I went in with a dislocated shoulder.Dr.Paul fraley had to sedate me to put my shoulder back in place.pain and anxiety are through the roof under the circumstances. But dr.fraley and all nurses involved did excellent at making me feel that I was in safe hands. The hospital was absolutely packed on this Friday night. Yet when they were with me, I felt like they were dedicated to taking care of me and not overwhelmed for a second. Thank you for all that y’all do
Went in for a mild uti, told the dr that I couldn't swallow large pills. Was told "that sucks" and that I could empty the capsule into some water or something. Upon having severe side effects for multiple days and doing lots of research, I've learned that is actually a dangerous thing to do. Also, I was called the 2nd day of taking them and told I was prescribed the wrong pills and to start another course of antibiotics instead. After missing multiple doses, calling to get liquid medication that the internet states "is widely available", being told it would get sent to the pharmacy- for that to never happen, I eventually had to go back in and ask for the liquid medication and make sure I wasn't severely ill at this point. Im sure I signed my rights to be upset about this away in the limited liability paperwork and the other about taking medicine as directed. I'm still not feeling better- this should've been a very simple fix. And I'm out a good bit of money for prescriptions that I will never use. 1 star only for the 3rd doctor I talked to that finally listened to me that I couldnt swallow pills and said that the doctor that prescribed me the first medication was using outdated practices.
