UF health was awesome today! My visit was for dentistry and I couldn’t have been more impressed! A dental tech by the name Becky cleaned my teeth and I was really good at her job. We all know when we get that person that loves what they do. Becky was definitely that person and it showed in her work. She made me comfortable and ensured that the experience was pleasant the whole time!! Thank you Becky!!!!
The team is fantastic! I had numerous questions and I left after my appointment feeling that I was listened to and received solid, direct answers. Would recommend this group to everyone. Well done !
Each time I've visited UF Health Dentistry - Wildlight My experience has been very professional, and the techs know their job well. The Place is sanitized, and I was made to feel very comfortable. They are good at their job, the reason I can say that is because I've gone to several other dental clinics to try them out and ended up having to walk out because they tried to over treat me. By giving me xrays I didn't need plus my insurance did not cover all of that stuff. Another time a dental clinic tried to set me up for some dental work that I really,didn't need at the time. So at UF Health Dentistry- Wildlight I found them to be fair in their dealings. I'm recommending them to all of my friends and neighbors.
Dr.Desai and her assistant is amazing! She never once hurt me or made me feel uncomfortable at all. She talked me through the whole procedure. I was nervous first going in but will never be nervous with this Dr. again. I had an amazing experience.
The front desk person was extremely nice, welcoming and has a personality that allows her to interact public in a positive manner. She called me ma'am! Both the dentist and hygienist were thorough, efficient, professional and friendly. I felt that UF Health Dentistry has current equipment (I had full x-rays today). I'll be back in April for a cleaning.
