The staff are great! Always friendly and willing to help. However, the rodent problem is a lot. I will be getting rid of most of my things because of the damage that has been done. I have been in the unit for a little over 8 months and this has been baffled. Especially, coming from extra space where I had the unit for 3 yrs, outside unit and no problems. You get what you pay for though. Lesson learned.

I have been using their facilities for several years now and have had zero problems and have also met some cool people there while visiting my storage unit. The staff is also great and fun to talk to.
Jazmine was ao very sweet & accommodating. Made a very difficult time in my life a lil easier. Their heart is in the right place. God bless!
Their office can't respond in a reasonable way or use English for a reason. > Response from the owner 8 hours ago You’re sorry to hear you had a disappointing experience at U-STOR Self Storage Jacksonville, FL.
