The team at U-STOR are very easy to work with and they make sure the units are clean, as is the property. I have rented several sizes and when they don't have what I need, as soon as one becomes available they call me and handle the upgrade. I have really had nothing good experiences. I recommend them.

I have been doing BUSINESS with this one Man Run establishment for 3+ years. My Now ex-husband and I have had our personal things stored there doing those 3+years. However, until yesterday Monday( Memorial Day) May 25, 2026 I moved my personal items with a professional moving company out of our storage unit and left as instructed the reminding items of the ex-husbands in storage Unit# D-63. I had no issues with the Owner/Man that runs this business until he,(The Owner) Personally interjected himself and got in my personal business!!!! The ex-husband which has been very Violent, Abusive, and Aggressive to me Showed Up!!! As I was moving my items out of our storage unit, The owner of this U-Store Contacted My Ex-husband Victor s. Duncan Sr. and told him I was at Our storage unit moving Items out of our unit!!! WHICH THE EX-HUSBAND SHOWED UP!!! AND CAUSED VIOLENT THREATS AND BEHAVIOR TOWARDS THE MOVING TEAM, ME AND MY SON WHO WAS ALSO PRESENT! Apparently, the Owner also gave the Ex-Husband information that no one knew but the Movers, My Son and I!!!! due to the owner living and being on site with cameras!! The Owner, I feel had undoubtedly Could have put my Life and others in Danger!!!! Because The Ex-Showed up and RAN INTO THE MOVERS TRUCK WALK WAY! I THEN INSTRUCTED MY SON TO CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY!! What I did not want was to have any contact with the ex-husband because of his abusive and un-perdictive behavior!!!! I should have known and been aware!!! But I had no idea that the OWNER OF THIS U-STORE WOULD INTERFERE into my personal life which could have CAUSED great harm and Danger to all involved! This is un-acceptable! I will Never! Ever! Recommend Anyone To EVER! DO Business with this Company Ever Again! THIS SITUATION COULD HAVE GONE VERY BAD FOR ME BEING ABUSIVE VICTIM! I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH BBB!!!!! (BETTER BUSINESS)!

One of the best storage facilities in Jacksonville. Onsite manager is very professional and always get right back to you to help provide his services. My experience has been the best there.

Terrible management Text & inability to allow for Other Due Dates... Poor company tactics. I am presently in Hardship & you have benefitted $120 per year since July 2014 from my late fees!!!
