The Uhaul Normandy location in Jacksonville. FL has the best customer care team I have experienced in the 20+ years I have been a die-hard Uhaul patron. Their greeting, software proficiency, material knowledge, and teamwork affords new and existing customers the opportunity to feel valued and comfortable in one of the most challenging life events (moving/relocation). Because they care and enjoy their company, it makes the process more rewarding. I am grateful to Ms. Jessica, Miss T, Beth, Kenneth, Roshaunda, Aiden, Ms. Floyd, and Mr. Jake for the untiring effort they consciously consistently provide.

Drove 20 miles ( most of empty) in a 15 foot truck. Attendant told me he was charging me for 2 gallons of gas but when I looked at the bill they e-mailed i was charged for 6 gallons or roughly 3 miles per gallon. I called to complain and they put me on hold and never picked up. Buyer beware.
