Tyler is the best of the best. His professionalism, knowledge of all things real estate and overall kindness cannot be beat. He had my home sold in record speed and had us under contract on our dream home in no time at all. We effortlessly closed on both homes the same day, all 2 days before the holidays. Tyler guided us and fought for us the entire way. I never had to guess what the next step was or where things were. He kept us informed and made the best suggestions. Even when I felt the stress of two closings and a move before the holidays, he was there to talk me off the ledge. I cannot speak more highly of Tyler Fitz. My husband and I met Tyler at the Anderson Realty office in Saint Augustine, Florida to discuss the selling of our home. During the meeting, we could see how knowledgeable Tyler was. From the first encounter until the closing, everything went absolutely flawless. Selling a home can be very stressful, but our experience with Tyler was wonderful. He answered all of our questions, text messages, phone calls with speed and accuracy. Tyler did a great job for me when selling my home. It was a bit of an unusual situation as we were selling two homes and purchasing another home about an hour away. He is very knowledgeable from the comps to financing to negotiations and the current market. Being a senior, he really made it seamless. He was a pleasure to work with.
