Tyler Ackland and Susan Fort are truly the best of the best! We’ve bought and sold all of our homes with their expertise — most recently in River Landing — and we’ll continue to work with them in the future. As long-time, active residents of Ponte Vedra Beach, their knowledge of the community and local market is unmatched. There’s no one else we would trust — they truly are PVB! -Sandra Turner
We have worked with Tyler Ackland and Susan Fort for over a decade and always enjoy working with them. Their insight into the local Ponte Vedra market is why we continue to work with them year after year. They recently helped us find a buyer for our home in Odoms Mill in just six days, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend them!
Tyler Ackland was so wonderful and helped us find the perfect home for us. We toured many houses with him at the beach, and he was always punctual and professional! We ended up purchasing a wonderful home in Seven Pines, and we couldn’t be happier. We would recommend Tyler Ackland and his team to anyone!
Tyler Ackland is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and a dedicated realtor. My wife and I worked with Tyler to purchase our home in Jacksonville Beach in 2024. The home had a competing offer in a challenging market, yet we were able to secure the winning bid at a reasonable sale price and with closing concessions. He was very communicative and helped navigate the purchase from offer acceptance to closing. His positive and decisive attitude made for a really positive home buying experience, again in a challenging market. He knows the beaches and Ponte vedra area really well and is able to provide really helpful market insights and home valuations. I would recommend him to anyone I know looking to purchase or sell a home - he’s your guy, trust me!
Tyler was an amazing realtor who helped us by our River Home. You could not have asked for a better representative, who was extremely knowledgeable in the process. Thank You for all you did.
