Found my self stuck in a crappy situation. My radiator cracked and water pump went out in my car and was stressed to the max cause it is my only transportation to work thats a hour and 15 minute drive, luckily it broke down close to home. Close enough to were I could drive it about 2 minutes back to the house and call a tow truck. I got it towed to turners as it was the closest place to me with excellent reviews. I do my research online and read reviews before I take it anywhere (had to learn my lesson the hard way a few years back). But they were excellent and very friendly, very professional with the process. I had to wait a few days to get it back but Debra had warned me before bringing it in it was extremely busy as is at this shop. Which I didn't mind, I rather wait a while and know they are doing a thorough job than take it to someone who will rush the process and possibly miss something trying to get the job done as quickly as possible. (Been there, done that). I'm super satisfied with how my car is running it's so smooth and doesn't lag in acceleration any more. Was a fair price ($1400) for the radiator and water pump even tho my timing belt runs to my water pump, the pricing wasn't as bad I was thinking it was going to be as I had called one other place before calling turners and was close to $2000 and almost a weeks wait to get the water pump I needed, as that place I called first stated they mainly work on American vehicles (I have a honda). I definitely will be going back even just for small maintenance things in the future.
In a world full of uncertainty, as a busy female, it was really nice to go to Turner's. I experienced the problem being diagnosed in less than 15 minutes, parts ordered, replaced, and out the door all in a few hours. Everyone was pleasant and the mechanic took the time to show me the broken part and to specifically point out where & how it had "melted", also being concerned that he had taken a few extra minutes to replace a wire. (going above & beyond). For me, I was extremely happy and confident when leaving. It was so much better than previous experiences in other locations. Yes. all of these things make a difference. Thank you Turner's💯💯💯.
Words cannot describe how great this place has been to me and my family. We lost a vehicle and we're forced to purchase kind of a lemon type one. From day one this company has went out of their way to find me the best price on parts, and even fighting with warranty people to get me covered and save me some money. Deborah in the front office is amazing. She will make sure that you are well taken care of with a smile on her face. I would highly recommend giving them a try.
Still amazed by the exceptional level of service this mechanic gives to my vehicles. Thought I had a blown head, turns out one of my spark plug wires was loose. They could have got me for thousands but we're honest. That's a rare quality for a mechanic. They got my business for life!
I had a terrible rattle coming from my engine and drove to Turner's who accepted it right away. Later Debra called with a very reasonable estimate (far below what I had expected to pay) The repairs were carried out immediately and I was back on the road again. I am a Senior and I just want to say that everyone was so polite and professional. I highly recommend the service that I received. Thank you so much everyone!
