Love the customer service and unique gifts. I enjoy coming here when I don't want to fight the large crowds. They are having half off all Christmas decor! Large variety of college football items that would be great to stock up for gifts! I also get a lot of keys made. Never had to wait and never had an issue. Once in the store, there is always more than 1 person asking if I need help or finding everything I need. Love this!! Unique variety of seasonings and honey. Also make sure to hunt down the deep discounted shelf. I always find something!
Sweetest Folks on Earth!! In-house floral area with lots of accessories and great Seasonal Items + Holiday Decor!! If you need help with ANYTHING...They take the time to present their expertise and cost effective options. Always Something FUN on Sale! Working on my grass!! Every Ace Store in Jax is unique!! Check them out!!
Long story short, pulled in ten minutes before close needing some parts for a gas powered blower. They said "come on in bubba" and got me the fuel filter i needed in less than ten minutes. Pop in there all the time lovely staff lots of good hardware.
Their prices rival all of the hardware stores. They have a very knowledgeable and attentive staff. I like to stop by here and get the things that I need before heading to a job.
Don't know what to say...it was Ace Hardware. If you need a local Hardward store, "Ace Is The Place!" Lmbo... but I definitely didn't have any issues there and the workers were very friendly. Nothing special, but nothing bad. I'll give them a 5 though...
