Bill at this store is amazing. Helped me figure out exactly what I needed over the phone to replace the electrical plug on a charger for a plug in hybrid car. Saved me hundreds. He set aside the item, and when I got to the store he then showed me exactly what I needed to do as I had never done it before. The guy is an absolute gem to have! I know where and who I'm going to see from here on out. Thanks!
I want to recognize 'Bill' at Turner Ace Hardware at Atlantic Blvd & Hodges location for going above and beyond to help me. Even though my issue involved a product that Ace ended up not selling, Bill took the time to assist me and quickly found a solution that saved me both time and money. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Bill, for your exceptional help and dedication to your customers! I also have found that over the years this particular location always seems to have an extremely helpful staff!
I wanted to give a shout out to Eric! Within a minute of entering the store, he was very attentive at greeting and inquiring where I could potentially find a battery that I needed for my chainsaw! He did offer recommendations for different products that might have had the battery I needed, and I ended up getting a lot more than I expected! I definitely will start going to this hardware store more often for my power tool and house needs!

They were giving away a hot dog and drink for July 4th. I was there to pick up a drip pan for the Green Egg. They didn’t have the exact pan that I was looking for but close enough. Overall pleasant experience.
