Outstanding work in addition to receiving the epitome of excellence in customer service is almost unheard of these days. Rarely is it possible to find one of the two - I can't imagine what the odds must be finding both! I am so grateful I took the time to meet with more than a few companies recommended either on Google or word of mouth. Gary came highly recommended and now I can see why firsthand. His prices were more than fair (I still think he should charge more based on both quality and timeliness). The quality was outstanding and very thorough. He was able to provide exactly what we were looking for despite the difficulty we had expressing what we envisaged. His patience, creativity, high quality craftsmanship and so many more things I could add made it easy to rate this business 5/5 although we wish it was possible to rate it 10/5. Anyone looking for an experience like none other doesn't need to look any further. Thank you Gary for bringing such beauty into our home and especially for making the process as close to seamless as possible!
Did a good job on my sidewalks and driveway. The owner Gary is kind and They finished in a reasonable time.
I am making a formal complaint regarding work that was started by Garry Lloyd and never completed. My aunt paid over $35,000 for projects, labor, and supplies that were promised to be completed. Not only were the projects left unfinished, but many of the supplies she paid for were never provided to her. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, the work remains incomplete and she has been left with unfinished projects and significant financial loss. Paying someone in good faith for services and materials only to be ignored and left without completion is unacceptable. We are requesting accountability for the money paid, the missing supplies, and the incomplete work. No one should have to go through this after trusting someone with such a large investment.
