Turf Science

Turf Science has been doing an excellent job with my lawn care. The grass is lush and green and the weeds are u see control. Tyler (my technician) is friendly and helpful and will always take the time to talk to me about the yard and answer any questions about what the treatment plan is. I hope the company adds a trees and shrubs service in the future. 👍

After a year of dedicated monthly service with this company, I still had the same dollar weeds along the edge of my lawn (the service tech who had a degree in this field said they don't spray the edge to avoid staining the driveway!) and it was creeping into rest of the lawn. Different variety of weeds then infiltrated the lawn as well. I was spending an exorbitant amount of time weeding each week. It was as if the lawn wasn't being treated. And perhaps it wasn't being treated. My backyard was just weeds. The last straw was when l filled two large garbage bags with weeds. There were more weeds than grass in my lawn! The pictures were what l sent to Turf Science to illustrate some of what was growing in the lawn. I decided to stop throwing my money away. I have a new lawn service recommended to me by a coworker. The dollar weeds are gone! All of the other weeds are gone. I don't spend my weekends weeding, and I now get credible information about the treatment of the lawn, and in less than a year my lawn reflects it.

Couldn't be more pleased with the team at Turf Science, LLC! The winter was unusually harsh on my lawn, so I worked closely with our technician, Zach, on how to rehabilitate the lawn. Zach is the most knowledgeable and conscientious technician with whom I have worked, and he took the time to discuss the damage done to my yard as well as provided a plan of action on how to remedy the situation, complete with liquid fertilizer, nutrients, insect control, broadleaf weed control, and sedge control. Zach also contacted a field rep at the front office, Silas, to provide additional insights. Silas came to our home and spent a good half-hour walking my yard with me, discussing the plan of action, which, in addition to their treatments, included an option of top dressing the lawn. I purchased 20xBags of Comand from the guys at SiteOne Landscape Supply on US 1 and top dressed the entire yard, focusing on the most damaged areas. I also followed both Zach's and Silas' instructions on cutting the grass and keeping it watered, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The St Augustine grass is knitting in nicely throughout the entire yard, and the grass is a deeper, darker green than it has ever been. Many thanks to the team at Turf Science, LLC for the time, effort, and focus provided to restore my yard--especially by Zach and Silas. First class operation!

TURF SCIENCE - Horrible LAWN company Terrible experience. Used this lawn care company for over a year and my lawn only got worse. It may look green briefly, but they seem to use dye to make the grass appear green—there’s no real improvement in lawn health. Multiple calls to management led to empty promises with zero results. Despite paying premium prices and even referring others, the service and professionalism were extremely disappointing. Do not waste your money on this company.
