I had three different companies originally quote me to take care of my difficult yard that requires a lot of weed eating; Turf Masters was the 3rd and the absolute BEST especially for their monthly price, and their amazing office and management staff that are kind enough to work with you!! The landscaping/lawn maintenance workers that come every week during this time are so fast, respectful, and truly great at getting their work done right and fast! Their office manager Charity is the kindest woman and Scott Carson who came out to give me the original quote that was lower than any other company AND included more care than the others; is great at what he does! Thank you Charity, Scott, and the whole TurfMasters Team for all you do for my daughter and I! If you’re looking for a great caring company at an amazing price, Turf Masters is it!

I dont understand the low rating.They do great quality work and do it rather quickly. My lawn looks great everytime they leave. Erin in the office is very sweet and the crews they send out are very professional and friendly. Ive never had any issues and they're very accommodating Highly recommend their services.

I cancelled my service and asked that they only do lawn care for half the month. They billed for the whole month and then stopped lawn care altogether. Called them every day for nearly two weeks and the office manager advised repeatedly that they would come out that day and service the lawn and refund me. They never came to service the lawn. Seems like a big disconnect between their office staff and the people who perform the services. I would not recommend them. They do an OK job on the actual lawn, but sometimes that was even questionable. However, when it comes to billing, you will certainly run into problems. Prior to this they would forget to bill me on auto-pay, and then all of a sudden you get hit with a large bill for 3-6 months of service. That happened 3 different times. In my many calls to them to correct these issues, I would get their voicemail where you hear their slogan "Your landscaping is the first thing you see but should be the last thing you should worry about" They definitely do not live up to this.
