Absolutely outstanding experience at Tumi Jacksonville! The boutique itself is beautiful, clean, and immaculately organized — but it’s the service that really sets it apart. I stopped in early before work and I’m so glad I did. I’ve been a fan of Tumi for years — I own a couple of their backpacks and small leather goods I originally purchased from Nordstrom, and they’re still some of my favorite, most durable pieces. The craftsmanship and quality are exceptional. Ethan made the visit unforgettable. He was warm, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable. We had a great conversation about luggage, and his attention to detail and care for the customer really stood out. He even walked me through the McLaren collection, which is stunning. As a stylist, I’m always recommending luggage and accessories to my clients. After today, I,ll be sending everyone to Tumi Jacksonville to see Ethan and the team. Thank You for making me feel welcome and not feel pressured.

I highly recommend this business! My husband and I had such a memorable experience! We were greeted by Kat’s big smile and warm hello. We were helped right away. Kat is professional, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. She kept our best interest in mind the entire time. We enjoyed her energy and connecting with her. I absolutely love my Continental Carry-on Luggage. She nailed it! Kat also helped me pick out the color and font for my Premium name Embroidery. It came out beautifully. We already plan on returning to purchase a suitcase for our next big trip! Thank you Kat!!
My favorite Tumi carry-on needed the handle repaired. I dropped off at the store and had a great customer experience; friendly, responsive, professional, etc. I anticipated the repair may have required extended time and/or shipment to the manufacturer. I was overwhelmed when I received a call from Benjamin, an hour later, to let me know the Tumi had been repaired and was ready for pick-up. Thank you, Benjamin and Tumi, for an amazing customer experience.
Customer service out of this world! Such a pleasant and memorable experience. Ethan & Kat spent ample time with us to make sure the selections we made were perfect for our needs. They were so knowledgable about all their products and their suggestions were spot on. We left feeling very satisfied and well taken care of! Also worth mentioning: we were shopping with our two toddlers who already had a very long day, and Ethan and Kat were so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate our family so we were comfortable and able to leave with what we came in for. Luxury at it's best. Highly recommend this location if client care and attention to detail are important to you!
