I got absolutely fantastic service here when my car suddenly started making loud rumbling and clunking noises shortly after dropping a family member at the airport. Jacksonville is a 2 hour drive from my home and I was worried that it wouldn't be safe to get back on the road, but I never thought I'd be able to find a mechanic to check it out on short notice on a Friday afternoon. I'm so grateful that I found Tubel's! They squeezed me in, did a thorough evaluation and gave me a clear explanation of the probable issue even though the necessary part wasn't immediately available. They were honest and kind and helped me feel safe to get home and deal with the problem locally.

I dropped my car off at 4:30 on a Tuesday night. They got the part quickly and had it ready by 8:30 Wednesday. So pleased with the service and a great customer service experience.

Tubel’s always takes care of my automotive needs, no matter the issue. My most recent experience was when my car would not start. Based on my personal experience, I was able to rule out the battery and alternator. I reached out to Tubel’s about 10 minutes before closing to let them know the issue and shared that I believed it could be the starter. I asked them to go ahead and order the part, and I planned to stop by the next morning to discuss further. When I arrived right after they opened the next day, the starter had already arrived, and my vehicle was being prepared to go into the garage.
