Great service. Fast Service. After taking our Acura MDX to Honda on Cassat Ave and having them sit on submitting the issue to the warranty company for more than a week, we took the vehicle to Tubels. Within a few hours, the diagnostic was complete, warranty company updated, approval to complete the repair had been given, and parts were ordered. Tubels completed in 3-4 hours what Honda failed to do in 8 days. The vehicle was completed when stated and has been working great. This was an AC issue where the air was not blowing into the cabin. Was a pump and wiring issue that Tubels diagnosed and handled. Definitely appreciate Rico and the team for handling things quickly.
Rico hands down!! Went in for an oil change and knew I had a broken ball joint. Turns out more then just the ball joint but they explained everything and the whys. Got me all fixed and back on the road same day. I wont ever go anywhere else!! Thank you Rico and team!!
Reco is the *only* mechanic I will trust with my car. He is patient, upfront, honest, and communicative; there was never a doubt what was happening with my car the entire time they were changing my engine. When I had a worry after, he made time for me and checked on my car and made sure there was nothing wrong and I was good to go. I will not take my car anywhere else, and yours should absolutely come here also. It will be in the very best hands.
My car wouldn’t start immediately thought the worst.. I have a special need young adult daughter.. My car is imperative to my life.. They diagnosed me and when I cam to pick up my car Mr Rico walked me and my daughter to the bay.. it was a pleasurable experience and I’m looking forward to doing business with them on the future..
Excellent work!! They found the problem when two dealerships couldn't. The staff is very friendly and will explain all facets of repair and options. Job well done!!
