Mike was very professional and very thorough inspection. He spent 3+ hours. The report was 66 pages and had pictures, very detailed. Mike had suggestions Much appreciated. Very reasonable charge. Highly recommend!!!
I mean, what more is there to say at this point? The reviews here speak for themselves. Mike takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the responsiveness and time he takes to answer each and every question that you might have. As others have said, it's not just a matter of checking off boxes and handing it over to the prospective buyer. Mike went above and beyond to ensure that I was a happy customer. Bundled with a WDO inspection included in the price, and the value is unbeatable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely go with him for any future needs! Also, Shelley Morgan (at Keller Williams) deserves credit here as well. She is the one who recommended Mike to me and is a lovely real estate agent to work with, so this is a shameless plug for her too!
Excellent communication and service. Michael was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Great follow up and detailed information provided from the inspection. Will use this company again and highly recommend.
Mike at Truspek is very professional and thorough. We felt completely comfortable in trusting his insight and recommendations. Plus he does WDO for termites as well as pool inspections. So it's a one-stop process. Would definitely recommend.
Mike Bianco was professional friendly and courteous. And most importantly he did an amazing and thorough job that helped us understand the house repairs we would need to make and whether they were minor or major issues. His report was very detailed and easy to follow with pictures that highlighted everything he reviewed in this house. I would highly recommend him.
