The bank itself is great. However, please upgrade or replace your ATM. It seems to be out of order more than it works lately...
We just recently switched to this local credit union after being with a big branch bank for years. I regret that we didn’t switch sooner!! The service we have received has been phenomenal! Every time we walk in, no matter what teller is at the desk, they greet me by name before I even tell them any info. They respond to messages within minutes and are always so nice. The personal touches they provide is something a big branch bank could never provide. I’m so glad we decided to go with them and I just know we’ll be lifelong customers now!
Tiah went over and beyond to make my new home purchase easy as could be we emailed several times through out the process always got right back to me highly recommend her for any of your home loans thanks again Tiah
Just switched over to Tru Fi. EJ helped us make the switch. He was helpful and pleasant to work with! We were seen super quick after coming inside. The process was smooth and fast! I highly recommend!
I have been banking here since 2001. With the Baldwin branch being my primary location. I love the small town feel of the place. Everyone knows your name. They ladies of the credit union are always helpful with my personal & business banking needs. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.
