Today when I phone Triad Financial to make my payment I was confused about my rights and some details about my account because we are party of a active bankruptcy that doesn't include this loan but there is sooooooo many rules of protection. I was fortunate enough to get the MOST WONDERFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, CARING AND CONCERNED Agent by the name of Bryan Bevan. I have been doing business with Triad for over 10 years and this is the first time that I spoke with an agent that SUPERCEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. He truly went the extra mile to make sure I fully understood everything I was seeking. He was very limited to the amount of info he could provide and he told me so.
