Took our pyr. To see the vet, vet wants to take her in back and have us wait in another room, i advised him not good idea and was told to wait in there and close the door, wasnt 5 min. Later tech girl come gets us ,we go backand see our dog on floor, tears in her eyes,scared to death and has a muzzle on her, dog crap all over the floor and vet bleeding out both arms, Never got a bath,no nail trim, nothin, all he says " shes a bighter" said they gave her her shots but we not sure if sh got them or not,she was only in there about 5 mins. Needless to say cost us 279.00 and my girl was traumatized for 2 days. I will never go there again, all he had to do was let me be beside her and she would of been fine. Vet never came out to speak to us afterwards or nothin, this place sucks.

They are always great to do with and take care when it comes to getting your pets in and out, especially when you have a big dog that might be uncomfortable in the lobby with other dogs. They have done a great job with Deuce, the only recommendation I might make is an online scheduling service or something like that! Thank you for everything!

Just recently adopted two dogs for the family. I would not consider going anywhere else to get their care. Most vets these days are very young with no real experience. Dr Springer has the wealth of knowledge and experience you need to care for any animal.
