⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am leaving this review in part because I believe homeowners need to be aware that Tree Masters and Florida Tree Masters are not the same company. Recently, a solicitor from Florida Tree Masters came to my home raising vague concerns about my trees. The interaction left me uncomfortable. The representative was going door-to-door, had no clearly marked company vehicle in sight, would not provide specific details about the supposed concerns, and repeatedly emphasized that he would be back in our neighborhood frequently. The entire experience felt far more like a sales pitch designed to create urgency than a professional tree assessment. Afterward, I contacted the REAL Tree Masters directly because I wanted an opinion from a company I knew and trusted. The difference was remarkable. Tree Masters responded promptly, conducted a professional evaluation of my property, clearly explained their findings, and confirmed there was nothing that required immediate attention. There were no scare tactics, no pressure, and no attempt to sell unnecessary services—just honest expertise. What concerns me most is that I’ve noticed reviews online from people who appear to have confused Florida Tree Masters with Tree Masters. Based on my experience, that confusion is understandable given the similarity in names, but it is unfortunate because the quality, professionalism, and approach of Tree Masters speak for themselves. If you are considering tree work, verify which company you are actually contacting. My experience with Tree Masters was excellent, and they remain the only tree service company I would trust with my property.
John and his crew did a great job! They were helpful and very professional. Not only did they trim the tree that was hitting my roof, they were very aware that my neighbor had landscaping that could be affected and made sure not to destroy anything. My yard was cleaned and all the branches and debris was taken away. Highly recommend!!
Recently had Tree Masters come out & remove some trees in my yard. I was hesitant to call them @ 1st because of some of the reviews I read but after calling another company & having 2 different appointments rescheduled, the last appt was a no call, no show, I decided to call Tree Masters. They messaged me the same day & called me that day, which was a Friday. Corey came out & gave me my estimate, which I thought it was fair in our current day business climate, everything it's so expensive. He told me that he had to put me on the schedule & that he would call me. That Sunday night, he called. Monday @ 8am he was @ the house as agreed upon. By noon, the trees were down & out. Great job! I totally recommend.
We didn't even use their services, their sales person was just slimy and dishonest. He visited my neighbors first and told them they should be worried about a tree in my yard. My neighbors, being excellent neighbors and friends, told them that was our business and they should not come to our home because we have a nursing infant. Well, he came anyways, yelled through the door when my wife said she was nursing and to just leave a card, trying to tell us our neighbors are worried about that tree. With sleazy tactics like that, I wouldn't use them even if they had a reputation for excellent work.
Helped my father with four trees. Outstanding in every respect. Professional, arrived on time, and cleaned up everything once the trees were cut. I give Jimmy and his crew the highest marks. Thank you again!
