I can't remember the representatives name, but they were fantastic! I was shopping homeowner insurance as well as automobile insurance and I spoke to probably 10 different reps – but your representative was exceptional!
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Trustee Oaks. In a single day I received around 20 unsolicited calls from their office, which already felt excessive and invasive. When I finally answered, the representative began asking questions that were inappropriate and completely unrelated to anything I had consented to discuss. Not only were the calls persistent, but the tone of the conversation was pushy and dismissive when I made it clear I was not interested and wanted the calls to stop. Repeatedly contacting someone after they’ve shown no interest is unprofessional, and asking personal questions crosses a line. Businesses should respect people’s time and boundaries. Harassing potential customers with constant calls and intrusive questions is not an acceptable way to conduct business. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before engaging with Trustee Oaks.
