Dear Tractor Supply Customer Solutions Team, I am writing to formally report an issue that occurred at one of your store locations regarding an advertised promotion that was not honored at checkout. On 4/17, I visited the Tractor Supply store in Middleburg FL 32068. In-store1701, there was a clearly posted promotion stating that when purchasing a leaf blower, customers would receive a free chainsaw or battery. When I attempted to make the purchase under this promotion, the store manager Robin B refused to honor the advertised offer. I was told directly, “We are not giving you a free chainsaw.” The manager declined to further assist me, and the interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. This was frustrating because I made my purchase decision based on the promotion displayed in the store. If the promotion was not valid or had restrictions, this was not clearly communicated at the point of sale. I am respectfully requesting: That the advertised promotion be honored as posted, or An equivalent resolution or compensation be provided Additionally, I would appreciate this matter being reviewed with the store location to ensure staff are properly honoring posted promotions and communicating with customers in a professional manner. Robin B huffed and puffed and express agitation and unprofessionalism towards me. Please let me know if you need any additional information, including photos of the promotion, video of the altercation, signage or transaction details. I have attached a photo of promotional advertisement. Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.
Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for, but a kind saleswoman told me which location I could find the items at. I enjoyed seeing the chicks and bought a small plant and gardening gloves.
I walked in excited left confused. Definitely will not visit that store again. Normandy store is more friendly helpful and organized. There was a young lady whom helped us when we first arrived whom helped us wish I could remember her name . The cashier was not friendly helpful or nice. Left the whole experience in toilet.
Awesome service through and through. Place an order and picked it up. Same day, Brad's, the best and was able to help me load a very heavy box into my car with a smile on his face. Tractor supply knows how to hire good employees
I like the store itself for the variety but do not like the uneducated selling of chickens and ducks. Unknowing families come in and end up with meat birds and many die. Profiting over the quality of life of a living creature is pretty grimey, but thats capitalism for ya. Please if you want to homestead and own chickens and ducks, do your research. There are plenty of breeders in the area that you can get happy, healthy birds from, like this gal here.
