HORRIFIC SCAMMING, LYING CLEANERS!!!! PLEASE AVOID AT ALLLL COST! I came here last Tuesday and dropped off 4 suits, and 4 shirts to be dry cleaned. Picked them up earlier today, and one of my dress shirts are just as dirty as before I picked them up. Stains everywhere. The suits have wrinkles in them, as well as most of the shirts (about 3). Absolutely disgusting and terribly low quality cleaners. $70 wasted, will never be back. The associate lady’s only response was “it can come out clean or it can’t”.
I brought three pairs of my daughter's pants here to be hemmed. I was pleased with the quality of the work and the service. From now on, I'll be coming here to get all my clothes hemmed.
Avoid this business. Terrible service. Dropped a comforter off that was stained and NEEDED to be cleaned. It came back EXACTLY the same! I removed a part of the SAME stain with a wet cloth. There’s no way they did anything to it. More than likely they only stapled a tag on it and put it in a bag before my pick up date. -_____-
I’ve always had a great experience here. I’ve had several dresses and outfits hemmed, never had any issues. They even got all the stains out of my wedding dress!
I recently brought my clothes to Town Center Cleaners, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The staff were friendly, professional, and truly skilled at what they do. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and the fit came out absolutely perfect. Turnaround time was quick, prices were fair, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Whether it’s simple hemming or complex tailoring, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Highly recommend Town Center Cleaners to anyone looking for expert alterations and exceptional service!
