I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while after seeing so much buzz about it, and I’m glad I finally did. Because it’s located inside Lotte Market, it gets very packed. It honestly felt like you needed to know exactly what you wanted before getting there—which was tough since it was my first visit. That said, I did like the self-service concept. We picked a strawberry donut, a ganache tart, and a bag of breadsticks, and at the cashier added a pack of six macarons. Flavor-wise, it was a bit of a mixed experience. The donut filling leaned more savory than expected, and the breadsticks were sweet when I was expecting savory—unexpected, a little confusing, but still interesting. The ganache tart was good, though probably not something I’d order again. The real standout was the macarons: absolutely excellent. The Earl Grey flavor in particular is a must-try and completely worth it. The staff was helpful and efficient when assisting with the macarons and at checkout. However, given how crowded it was, I didn’t feel very comfortable asking questions or taking my time to explore options. Overall, a solid experience with some standout items, but the crowd and layout made it feel a bit overwhelming for a first visit.

Amazing cakes and treats. I have tried all kinds of food from their cafe & am always impressed. I got multiple birthday cakes, cookies, macarons from this location and love them all. I stopped by the other day for my birthday cake and the staff were so helpful in advising which cake would be the best. They were so nice and helpful. The service was quick and the packaging of the cake was done with care and intention. We got the yogurt blueberry cake and it was by far the best cake I’ve had at Tous Les Jours 😍
I want to cry 😭. But super emotional food heaven tears! 😍😭. I got a door dash order for a vanilla creme donut and an ube croissant and an iced vanilla caramel and lavender coffee....... It was so hard not to just eat both..... But I cut each one in half and I had my better half try them when he got home...... Let me tell you something.... LETTTT MEEEE TTTTELLLL YOOUUUUU SOOOMMEETHIIIINGGGGG!!!! For one, best donut in existence 🤤. Not to EEE VVVV EEEE RRRR be compared to a lowly Krispy Kreme or Dunkin donuts 🍩 (not actually lowly, just saying it for the dramatics.... don't come at me, I'm post partum). And the other was one of those fancy spiral perfectly circular croissants and down to the malt pearl that was on it..... I was in food heaven.... I was about to lie and say I only got a coffee and he would have never been any wiser..... But he liked it so much he said that was a donut that he could order a dozen of!! I remember my mom bringing me a donut from dunkin every time she was able to visit while I was in the hospital with cancer, and that was precious.... And so well loved.... They gave her one donut free every time because they knew it was for me.... So no shade to Dunkin at all!! Absolute GOAT and much respect!! But this donut and croissant is absolutely amazing 😍. If my son were able to eat solids already then he would have definitely been made to try the creme!!
Love love love this place. My first experience was in Virginia and was surprised to find it here in the Jacksonville area. I was told that they are building another one in the Baymeadows area. A win all the way around!!! The choices and options abound, while everything I have ever tried was fresh and well-made. The taste of all the various delights was amazing. I take pics every time just to attempt to plan what I will try the next time. I'm truly like a kid in a candy store. The cakes present well making me want to buy one of each and freeze them, however, they offer each as a slice so I did that instead. Whew, a diabetic's bittersweet nightmare, lol. (So I do have to pace myself) The machiatto was delicious, I did have to request that they heat it up a bit more, to which the staff was more than happy to do. Very attentive.
Tous Les Jours is a wonderful bakery with a great selection of fresh breads, pastries, and cakes. Everything is beautifully presented and tastes delicious. The bakery is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Always a great choice when you’re looking for something sweet or savory. Highly recommend!
