Unethical is an understatement . Richard Tomes, hiding behind a "contract" basically ripped me off. I was with an advisor that was part of Total Wealth. An advisor I trust and respect. This advisor decided to break away from TWP. Richard Tomes, doing absolutely nothing thought it was in his best interest to charge me for his "services" after I terminated my relationship with TWP. Regardless of the amount of money that I was unethically charged. It was still a breach of trust and a lack of integrity. I tried several times to request a refund of my unapproved charges only to be told that he was not going to refund me my money. Shame on you Richard Tomes. Shame on you.
