Seems like I'm always contacting Shannon or Chrissy with questions or new quotes. They're very friendly and easy to talk to, when they answer my questions its in away I can understand what they mean. I have talked to other companies and I didn't understand what they were trying to tell me. They made me feel like I wasn't smart but Chrissy and Shannon have always been very helpful, kind and understanding

Took a rock to my windshield and had a major Crack in my driving view. Contacted Tory's office, and they quickly completed the claim and had everything repaired. Thank you for the quick and easy response.
