Been with this company for many years. Just received my renewal which was much higher than prior years premiums so I called and asked for TopLine to shop my policy. I was told I would get an email with new quotes, 5 days past and no quotes, so I sent an email to the contact listed on my renewal, this no response from the email or the prior call, so I called again spoke to a Brandi who said stay on the line and I will give you quotes now, well 30 seconds after she said that she put me to a survey and then hung up I waited 30 minutes and called back I was informed they are working on it, its now 3 hours later and still no email no calls nothing. Please DO NOT use this company Topline for your insurance needs they will not care to help you IF you are not a new policy they can make a commission on stay away IMO.

After being a loyal customer for over 5 yrs insuring my home I lost my spouse and had to change bank accounts. They were uncaring and refused to change my auto draft without sending them a voided check (they set it up w/out one), When I explained i didn't use checks in 2025 they said thats the only way it can be changed. Then when renewal came they jacked up my rate and when I replied to the email for a new quote, as the email instructed, they would not respond. When I found a much cheaper rate with more protection and cancelled they wouldn't respond until after the auto draw. That was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting on the $1000 they auto drafted and are refunding via us mail and check. AVOID these corporate demons

Not only did she provide me with excellent service a few months ago with my homeowners insurance policy on my brand new house but today delivered the best auto insurance policy.
