All I can say, in a nutshell, is that this business is top-tier! I didn’t have any major issues or concerns throughout the entire process. They purchased my red Camaro and helped us get into this new beauty. Gaeton, David, Dane, and last but certainly not least, R, went above and beyond to make this deal happen. As a buyer from the UK looking to import a RAM truck, I was expecting the process to be difficult and was used to being met with hesitation by dealerships. Top Auto Direct was completely different. From the managers to every member of staff I dealt with, they made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. I had the best experience with this entire staff from meeting the owner , to Kayla , Dane & R. They need to call that man R with the cars because he will find you just what fits for you and make the process super easy and informing . Everyone was so helpful , fun and knowledgeable!!! R made sure to go over everything so you not only feel comfortable but understand the finer details , like we all dread going to car dealerships but now I’m recommending anyone who wants a good experience to go here they practically had to kick me out and it was so quick still !! From the start with Kayla effortlessly getting my preferences and needs started with an appointment to meet R to R going over details, options & finding what fits perfectly for me & helping get everything set up smoothly and quickly all the way down to even my test ride with Dane who was also amazing , he had a answer to all my questions while in my new car !! Even briefly ran into the owner who was also such a nice energy and help!!! Definitely highly recommend this place !!
