Big shout out to Salesman Nick and manager Roy at the Old St Augustine location. When my mother first walked in when the salesman with curly hair literally told her that he didn’t have time to build a package because the he didn’t think would be able to get it. Little did he know we had roughly 20K to spend , And that is when Nick walked over and helped us and was super nice professional and friendly, but most of all a amazing impatient employee of the company. My mother told Nick what the other employee said, and he immediately apologized on his behalf for the company which should have never had to happen. Nick helped us build an amazing package with great pricing. Roy came in and helped quickly finalize the deal and was in and out with everything within 30 min tops signing everything loading and pulling out. Got new mower,trailer,edger,blower and trimmers. THANK YOU NICK FOR BEING A AWESOME EMPLOYEE AND KINDLY HELPING US AFTER A RUDE EMPLOYEE SAID SOME NASTY STUFF CLEARLY BASED OFF LOOKS! YOU CAME IN WITH ARMS WIDE OPEN NOT KNOWING OR EVEN CARING IF WE DID OR WOILD HAVE THE FUNDS TO BUY ,YOU STILL STEPLED IN AND HELPED! THANK YOU ALSO ROY FOR YOUR WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM,WILL RETURN AGAIN FOR THIRD TIME EVENTUALLY TO UPDATE AND UPGRADE MY EQUIPMENT!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AND ASK FOR NICK!!!!

I love this place. The employees seem super honest and they are right on top of things. I dropped my ex Mark 30 inch off to get a new belt put on and blade sharpen and they actually could've gotten it to me the same day but I didn't need it, they called me the next day. It was done super quick and the prices were the best in town.

My husband and I had a sod installation all the way in Flagler Beach. We rented a sod cutter from them. The employee took our payment before we returned it, which is actually against their policy. By the time we showed up to the job site, we realized the sod cutter was a dud and would not start. My husband called and they told him to load the broken sod cutter into the tall dump trailer to bring it back, so we would be given a new one. We get there, and they try charging us for another day. By the time we spoke to the manager, we were able to get the 24hr timer reset. Thankfully. When we got back to the job site, all the way in Flagler, the sod cutter had no oil. Overall, a very poorly ran company. Great, helpful employees, bad management.

They had everything I needed to tune up my Exmark 30-inch mower with a Kawasaki engine. The selection, both inside and out, was impressive, and the parts department was fully stocked with all the essentials.
