Tonya was very highly referred to us by our friends who bought their dream home with Tonya’s help in 2025. So we connected with Tonya and decided to take a day trip to St. Augustine in February of 2025. She showed us some really nice homes and gave us some knowledge of the area. The rest of the day we decided to explore St. Augustine on our own to get an even better feel of the area. We then later told Tonya how much we enjoyed being in St. Augustine and that we would be interested in moving there at the end of 2025. Then we told her February of 2026, then April of 2026, then we decided to take a long weekend vacation back to St. Augustine in May of 2026 and had some properties of interest that we shared with Tonya. She got us appointments to see all those properties and then we settled on one to make an offer and after great negotiations from Tonya we ended up getting our dream home in June of 2026. She is as courteous and professional of a realtor that anyone could ask for. Despite us regularly pushing back our timeline to move, Tonya stayed patient with us and never tried to rush us or move our timeline closer. She would just email us from time to time to check in on us. She is all that you can ask for in a realtor and we will definitely refer any family members or friends that may decide they want to move to the St. Johns County and/or Duval County areas. Thank you Tonya it was an absolute pleasure having you on our side through this process and anyone that has you now or in the future as their realtor is nothing short of lucky. Tonya is the absolute best :)
We worked with Tonya and her group for over a year to find our home, and we appreciate them so much. Since we weren't from the area, we relied on them for everything. Tonya would even do video tours for us when we couldn't be there in person. Tonya really advocated for us throughout the entire process and managed to land us a great deal. If you need a team that’s patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely looks out for you, look no further!
Tonya and her team made our first-time home buying experience seamless, painless, and fun. Tonya has extensive knowledge of Jacksonville and was crucial in helping us find an area that fit our needs and expectations. We currently live out of state so we relied heavily on her recommendations and she was extremely helpful. Tonya took the time to talk to us in-depth about our housing requirements, drove us around to visit several locations and houses multiple times, handled all negotiations with the sellers, was transparent and answered texts/calls immediately (no matter the time/day), and worked diligently to make sure everything was on the right track during the closing process. She went above and beyond to ensure we were set up for success with our first home – it honestly felt like we didn't have to lift a finger! We are so thankful for the extra time and effort she put into everything and will definitely work with her again in the future. HIGHLY recommend Tonya and her team!
Tonya was very professional, reliable and responsive. She helped us find a great house. Her continual follow-up on outstanding items helped us to not only get the house but to get services we needed after closing. She was a pleasure to deal with and we'd highly recommend her.
Tonya is a true professional! She made the process of finding and purchasing our new home go smoothly from start to finish. Knowledgeable, great communication, always available, always keeping us updated on the process and just has a great style of doing business that made us feel very comfortable. It was such a pleasure working with her and her team and we will definitely recommend her!! Thank you Tonya!!
