Tom Paterson Insurance: Allstate Insurance

I am writing to address an ongoing issue that has not yet been resolved. I have reached out multiple times to Tom Patterson regarding an ethical concern related to a policy but I have yet to receive a phone call from him directly as requested. I will move forward accordingly now with my complaints regarding the ethical practice and treatment at this insurance location.

This agency contacted me re my search for a newer/cheaper policy. I was approached in a way that suggested that if I listened to their offer, it could be worth my time. I am very satisfied/happy that I did. The new rate is comparable/better to what I was paying another in’s co in 2022/2023. I am hoping for a long relationship with them. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Julie A!!!

I am very thankful for Allstate to me they are the best. When I needed them the most they were there to assist me. And in a timely manner after being over charged where I was at for years with another company Allstate was able to reduce my rate more than half. And lets not forget the kindness they gave to me.
