We had a wonderful experience working with Lori at MINI. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, never made us feel rushed, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. I have waited for the right MINI for a few months. Lori was attentive during this time and kept checking in with me. Lori’s friendly, professional attitude made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We really appreciated her dedication and excellent customer service. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right car, we highly recommend asking for Lori!
A day well spent! My wife and I had a wonderful purchase experience with Lori at Tom Bush Mini. We thoroughly enjoyed learning about the nuances of different Mini Cooper models. Lori and Todd, the General Manager, were very patient, kind and full of knowledge, helping us settle on the perfect Mini. We love the car and feel like we just made a couple of life long friends. Thank you for a wonderful day and an amazingly fun new Mini Cooper Convertible !
A truly wonderful buying experience with Todd. He was patient, thorough, and very kind to me and my family as we went through multiple test drives to find the perfect Mini Cooper! In the many years of buying cars, this experience was the best. Thank you!
