Every request I had, he made sure it was what I got. (The Bose speakers are like a concert and those air conditioned seats are amazing. Oh and it drives super smooth) The whole process was the best!! Matt was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me multiple options that would work for me and took time to go over all of their features/pros/cons for my specific needs. We were in and out with a new car in about 3 hours. This was great timing considering that I test drove my car and looked at different cars as well. I really wanted an SUV and the staff made it possible for me to get the CX-50 which is more than I expected to walk out with. I had hopes for a sedan given my price range and the fact I still owed my prior car, but they were able to buy my old car and get me a great price on the CX-50! During paperwork Tom was very efficient and helpful as well. Overall, a 10/10 experience. Point of consideration: the dealership is clean, beautiful, and cozy, all the other staff we interactive with were very nice and attentive as well.
