From the moment we walked in the BMW experience began. We had just walked out of the Lexus dealership where there was no customer experience to the Tom Bush Atlantic Blvd. location where we were immediately greeted by Abe Powell, and he did not disappoint. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and quickly steered us to custom order a vehicle so we could get everything just like we wanted. We sat down together and just like that we had a car ordered and was told the production process could take 4-6 weeks. Fast forward 3.5 weeks and our car was ready and waiting for us to pick it up. Abe again was excellent with his knowledge of the vehicle going over and setting up the main features that are most commonly used. He has called a couple of times just to check in and answer questions, and walk me through some other feature set-ups. Abe truly made this car buying process easy and enjoyable. His focus on the customer speaks volumes to his passion for what he does and how he embodies the Tom Bush BMW experience.
Mehmet was amazing through the entire lease process! He found the perfect car for me and was so diligent in his search! Sheila was fabulous as well and made the financial part of the experience extremely easy! Would highly recommend this team at Tom Bush BMW!
100% the. best. experience. I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle, from beginning to end. Bobby Gest was wonderful. If you are considering a BMW I highly recommend you ask for Bobby when you walk through the doors at Tom Bush. There was no pressure. Bobby took his time to go over all the features in the X5 and sat down with me to go over everything as if I were building my own straight from the plant. He was patient and supportive while we discussed the options and accommodating when I returned with my husband to explore further into the X7. We ended up purchasing the X7 & it has been perfection! Thank you to the super cute finance lady, everyone at Tom Bush BMW & especially Bobby! I’ll be sending everyone I know your way!! :)
I had a wonderful experience at Tom Bush BMW on Atlantic ! My new life in my EV has been so exciting and to have an advisor like Brian who helped with my learning curve of being a non fuel owner was very helpful! He educated me on what maintenance I should keep on my EV and how tires and alignments are essential to proper safety! I had a beautiful loaner waiting for me ! My check in for the loaner was a first class treatment and my loaner was a EV as well!! I was highly impressed and won’t second guess this location for all my families BMW needs!
Bought a car for my son yesterday. Our Sales Rep Mehmet did a great job. Transaction was easy & smooth. When we were done, Mehmet guide us to their retail store & let us choose a shirt for my husband & baseball cap for my son as souvenir. He paid the items. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I Highly recommended Mehmet and this location for a good customer service and professionalism.
