I worked with Mario Payne through TOAMS Financial, and my experience was extremely concerning. I was explicitly told that my principal investment would be guaranteed regardless of market conditions. Based on that assurance, I moved forward with the investment. However, when the notes matured, I lost approximately 90% of my principal. This outcome was completely contrary to what had been represented to me. In addition, even after I informed him that I would be moving my account to another broker, multiple trades continued to be made in my account. These transactions appeared unnecessary and resulted in additional commissions being generated. Public records show that he is no longer registered as a broker and is now operating as a financial planner through TOAMS Financial. I am sharing my experience so that others can ask the right questions, verify credentials, and proceed with caution when making financial decisions.
Working with Mario and his team has been a game changer for me. They help me with my save alot on my taxes and also help me set up a trust for my family legacy. Thank you TOAMS Financial!
I am new to the TOAMS family. So far I am pleased with their knowledge, help, and responsiveness.
I am completely pennyless because of Mario and everything he told me was not true from the very start and I gave him my money, my retirement pension money he invested in bank notes as he calls them, which are bonds that are worthless. I have waited six years for these 32 bonds to start maturing and I am SOL,the bonds are not worth the paper they wrote, practically or no where close to my principal and I had a contract with Mario at zero risk. I did not want my money at risk in anyway, and he promised me that it would not be at risk and I would never lose my principal that is not true everything Mario told me was not true
Mario has been a tremendous source of help for me with financial planning, investments and definitely retirement planning for the past two years. He is so knowledgeable, positive and patient when explaining and sharing. If you need help with financial planning, I strongly recommend Mario and his Team!
