T.J. Maxx

I spotted a luggage bag that said 2 piece set. The manager promptly ripped it off and is selling it as a 1 piece each. He said that tag was from the manufacturer and TJ Max didn't list it as a 2 piece set. Its a rip off , as usual. Be careful. This company isn't honest.

I would to say that this is a ZERO! Preceding a funeral, I purchased 2 pairs of boots from 80272 store on 3.26.26 I have the digital receipt, that includes store number, register ID, time, etc. They would NOT honor it as the boots were not defined as such; they were defined as sneakers. Ultimately, they provided (do you think I actually want to go back?) store credit because they think one pair came online (which meant it could be returned to the card I purchased it on but d/t their ignorance, they said that they never sold me the products. I'm going to Amex to let them know and am happy to give you your store credit back, along with your incorrectly defined boots that you NEVER sold with the same price. You lost a customer.

Cleanest and most organized TJMaxx I've ever been in. Staff is very friendly and takes pride in their work.

This was my 1st time inside this TJ Maxx! It was not as large as I expected on the inside. However it was still nice. This building use to be Stein Mart. I did find a few new items I had not seen in other TJ Maxx/Marshall's. The woman's rest room only had two stalls. One regular stall and one handicap wheelchair accessible stall. Over all a nice store.
