I hate to say management on 8/15/2026 between 7-7:55 did a Very Poor job of managing the check out line. There were 24 people in line with only 2 registers opened. I overheard the manager make a comment to a customer that it was out of her hands and there wasn't anything she could do about it because some employees did not show up for work. She actually could have done something about it. As the manager she could have taken it upon herself to open another register and assist. The store lost several customers and had even more waiting in line who were quite frustrated. The Only reason I remained in line was because I was picking up something for a friend who was in the hospital. The corporate office may want to consider additional training for staff on how to better manage the store when employees don't show up. Perhaps an on call list with some incentives in such times. But it's CERTAINLY not a good look to have a manager walking back and forth seeing the same customers in line for Over 30 minutes and not do Anything about it.

This is the perfect place for treasure hunting! Of course, if you're looking for something very specific, you're probably better off going to a specialty store. But if you stop by every month or two and take the time to browse, you'll fill your closet with great, stylish pieces while keeping your wallet happy. It's amazing what you can find if you're willing to hunt a little.

I went in today at around 11:50-12:05 I was simply making a return. The cashier at register 5 was extremely rude. She didn’t great me and only replied to me with “uh huh’s” like it was an inconvenience for me to return my item. I asked for a gift card as I wasn’t sure what card I had used. She snatched the item out of the bag and nearly ripped off one of the charms on it. She then whipped around the payment pad and slammed around the gift card along with the receipt for the item. This was an unacceptable attitude to a very simple interaction, you can check the cameras because I quite literally did not do anything to deserve such rude interaction. I have been shopping at TJ Maxx a long time and I buy a lot of my clothes from there, this is completely unacceptable. I was unable to see her name tag as she had it tucked away.

The store was nice and clean, also very cool...given these heated days.🥵🥵.. They actually had a nice selection of spices.... Kitchenaid can openers....pillows..... they also had a rowdy bunch of kids..., but hey, what can you do about that...was so hot out...... I'll try to make it back here when I need something in housewares.....
