I was in the store this evening and apparently they were understaffed, my cashier who I believe was named Dianna was absolutely amazing! She realized the line was getting longer and she went to open up another register so she could handle two guests at a time. She was very accommodating and impressive to me as she took time for each customer and as one was still standing at the register messing around she’d take the next customer with a smile and greeting so no one had to wait. This lady deserves some kind of bonus or something. I’ve just never been so impressed with her customer service skills like I’ve never seen anything like it. Anyway, cudos to you ma’am! You are amazing!!!
I truly love the store, but the only reason it’s getting a three is because every single time I’ve been in this TJ Maxx. The line has been so long that it’s usual to wait 20 minutes for your turn.
This particular store was pleasantly overstocked with merchandise on its shelves for women and clothing racks. I did notice the limited amount of selection with tennis shoes, which was a disappointment.
An Asst. Manager Elizabeth (with the eyebrows) seen that the line was past women’s clothing and she wouldn’t even stop to help with the line. The clothes that she was re-tagging could have waited for 10 minutes to help with the line. Customer checkout is the worst. And then she had the nerves to reprimand an employee about not asking for credit cards. Nobody wants to talk about a credit card after standing in line for 20 minutes.
Check out lines are always way too long, they usually only have one or two registers open. But, the associates are friendly and this location has tons of merchandise.
