As a Realtor of 20+ years who has bought and sold multiple personal properties I can safely say that this has been the worst closing I have experienced. They seemed to care more about what was easiest for them, not what was best for their clients. I suggest looking elsewhere.

We were very impressed with the entire closing process with Titletown of America. We were nervous because we were purchasing a home by-owner and had never done that before. Josh and Samantha were both extremely easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. Everyone went out of their way to help us in any way possible. When it came to the closing day we were done in less than 30 minutes. We highly reccomend them!
