I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. A special thank you to Vincent, who worked on my car. He was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood what was being done. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. The work was completed quickly, and my car has been running perfectly ever since. The attention to detail, honesty, and excellent customer service really set this shop apart. Terrible service and attitude! I stop yesterday morning because my car had a low tire. I explained my problem to the guy at the service counter and after the formalities he told me he would put some air in the tire and if it kept deflating to return the next day to fix it, which I did. This morning, I arrived and talked to the same guy who right off the bat game me a million excuses why he couldn't take my car, asked of I had an appointment, which I didn't and kept ranting how I pretended to have my car fixed without an appointment. Told me that I would to drop it and pick it up in the evening. I told him that HE told me to come back. They finally fixed it, charged almost $50 but they put too much air on the tire, which I noticed as I was driving. The car started bumping and swerving while driving. I came back later in the afternoon and explained the problem to the next guy at the counter and got THE SAME attitude: 100 reasons why he couldn't fix it now, and that I had to bring the car the next day, and yadda yadda ( it was 4 pm) I finally snapped and threatened to do a bad Google review and call HQ with my complaint. After 30 mins they fixed it. Why do you have to go Ghetto the get service in this place that is not cheap BTW? And for the looks of other customers there, they were going through the same Via Crucis. Some evn nodded in support of my reaction. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN

Went for bulb change and oil change. They said oil change was $100 and bulb change was $100 including labor. When I went to pick up the car the bill was $245. Then I had to beg them to bring my car around even after I paid. Lastly, two service advisors told me synthetic oil in my Lexus needs to be changed every 3000 miles. My Lexus owners manual says 5000-7,500. You can not trust them! TERRIBLE SERVICE, ADVICE and overcharged by $30.

Customer service was friendly and they worked with me to change my appointment when I had a scheduling conflict. They price matched the cabin air filter that I had been quoted a lower price at another location. In addition they gave me a great deal on the other services including engine air filter replacement and brake fluid exchange. The new tires are nice! All matching set Firestone Destination LE3. They worked overtime to ensure my vehicle was completed as promised and were very professional.
