Came in with a suspected slow leak which turned out to be a nail just shy of the sidewall outer edge of the tread. Leaks about 3-4psi every day just sitting. They recommended replacement and a new brand of tire with better rating that were half the price and walked out the door with two new tires for the price of one and extended warranty. The employee who helped me out, drew shoutout to you for being honest about the safety of said tire upgrades and the small discount he applied. He recommended the certificate for the two new tires and the two other older ones already on my car which now gives me complete peace of mind in regards to my contact with the road. Thank you drew and discount tire on Phillips!

Employees are always friendly and welcoming, explaining any issues or services that are recommended without ever being pushy. I’ve always had the work done in a timely manner for a fair price. We’ve been coming to this location for years and are happy to return.
I made an 11:00 appointment on 5/15/26 for Saturday morning, 5/16/26-emergency tire replacement due to nail in tire leaking air fast. Called early to request tire so it would be there when I got there-they had it in stock. I had to pick my granddaughter up from work at 1:00 so they knew I was needing this done as fast as they could. They were very busy and there were 2 cars ahead of me. Christy, Brian and the tech Tommy, that actually put the new tire on, worked together, kept me updated and I was out the door by 12:30. I don’t like to ask for special attention but they were great in getting me in and out as quickly as possible. I have been a Tires Plus customer for almost 17 years and traded at this store for about 3 years. Everyone at this store I’ve worked with is great, but the service I received on 5/16/26 was beyond exceptional.
Great experience ! The store manager Clint and the technician Dustin made me feel welcome. Excellent customer service skills and great service.
