Tires Plus

I got four new tires and an alignment done at TirePlus, paid a good amount of money, and then realized they forgot to put on three lug nuts. Instead of letting me know right there, they just sent me off like it was no big deal. When i realized the issue coming home ,I called them about it, they basically told me, ‘Oh, it’s fine, there’s enough torque, you could’ve driven like that without an issue.’ And then they told me I’d come to shop to check the issue When I turn back to the shop they said I have to wait three more hours to check it. I mean, come on! If there was an issue with the studs or if something was broken, they should’ve told me on the spot. Instead, I had to turn around after 20 minutes and waste my time. I was planning a long trip and ended up dealing with this instead. Honestly, it was a huge disappointment and really shook my trust in them. The director of the company reached me out and we discussed the issue. They refund the service fee and apologized. I appreciated that they took the issue serious. Thanks

Sebastian was extremely kind, courteous, fast and efficient with all the services I requested. I am extremely satisfied with this location and will highly recommend to everyone!

I've been a customer at this Tires Plus for many years now. They are always friendly. They are trustworthy when it comes to repairs. If something can wait, they let you know. If it can't they let you know that as well. I recommend them to my family and friends.

I was out today looking to have my tires balanced and rotated and the first two places refused to work on my car because it is lowered. That’s when I came across Tires Plus. I Went in and was helped by Cole, the team there was awesome and had me in and out. This is now my go to place. Highly recommend!
